My folks own points in worldmark, the mortgage is paid off and the maintenance fees are up to date. I’m trying to figure out how to sell their timeshare, but am struggling to figure out where to start. I offered them back to worldmark, but they said the certified exit program is closed. Any suggestions on trying to sell? I don’t want to make money, but want to free up their fixed income from the maintenance fees.

Has anyone successfully sold or transferred their timeshare? What should I know or look out for? What do I need to make the process easier?
