Sorry if this is a rather basic question, but what is the best way to get from Bamford Station to Bamford Edge please?

I have seen conflicting information about Bamford Clough being closed and then I'm not sure what the alternative would be.

Hi all, is anyone still planning to go on walks this weekend when it’s 25C+? Thinking of doing Stannage Edge / Bamford Edge but I’m not sure if it’s a good idea.
