im no machinist just a hobbiest who has used machines similar in the past, I was mostly wondering if anyone could tell me anything about this lathe got it for 500$ everything works.any ideas on possible worth?

I just bought this impact and it started making this noise dewalt customer service is being a whole problem, any ideas on what is causing the noise?
