I work for a caregiving nonprofit and I’ve been privy to some information that all of us on the bottom of the food chain are about to be royally screwed by the higher ups.
I’m tired of being treated like garbage for “do I eat or pay rent?” Paychecks.

Problem is I don’t even know where to start
