Who do I contact about this awful situation?
TLDR: Assistant manager is ruining people’s lives and he needs to be fired.
This guy has been harassing everyone. 3 people quit. People are crying. He targets people when they’re alone and says awful things. I left a month ago, my best friend quit last week, my partner is one of his newest targets. He told a girl she should leave because minors don’t belong in the workforce. We were all really dedicated workers, we excelled in our roles. I picked up extra hours, showed up early, stayed late, and he lied and told corporate I was unreliable and hardly showed up to work. I tried to transfer stores, and he told the same thing to their store director so they refused the transfer. He’s a monster. I don’t know what to do about it. My friend has been so depressed because of the months of verbal abuse. She keeps telling me she doesn’t wanna live anymore and it’s breaking my heart.
I’m at a loss. Corporate won’t listen to me, I don’t know where to contact HR, something needs to be done and no one is taking the initiative.
I need help. Everyone else needs help.
