





31 f, need recs for a trainer for weight lifting for form and strength. I'm rusty
Hi there. 31 f, 220pbs, 5 ft 7. 50 lbs down. Weight gain 3 to 4 times a week. I do upper body, lower body then core with cardio at the end for like 30 min. Weight is coming off slow. I need to incorporate squats for sure. Any other specific things I should do to even everything out
