This cream Matamp cab has been sitting in my garage on-and-off for about 10 years. I recently found it covered in mouse waste and the top was badly stained, so it clearly needed a sprucing up. Repainted it black with vinyl spray, upgraded the old flimsy plastic handles to stronger recessed metal ones and had to enlarge/file the cutouts to make them fit. Cleaned it up, reassembled the hardware and brought it back to life. Not perfect, but a big improvement and way more solid now. My first DIY project. I did get some spray on the grille cloth though.
