hello! i’m looking to relocate back to marietta after living away for a while. i really liked living in the roswell road to highway 41 area but i’m open to living in other places. i’m looking for a 2b/2b in a community that doesn’t completely suck for under or around $1600. doesn’t have to be the nicest community ever, really just no bugs would be awesome, and maybe some functional appliances with a responsive maintenance team. i understand this may be a lot to ask for but i’m hopeful that someone around here likes where they live and can give me an idea of where to start looking.
