I’m trying to find out is someone filed for divorce or not in brown county/aberdeen. Does the ecourts site show civil matters? Or what is the best way to find out this information? It looks like there’s also a site called PARS that you can fill out a form and pay money for basically a background info of all their matters.

Update: thanks South Dakota! Mystery solved, confirmed through yall saying it shows civil and confirmed with the courthouse as well!
