I would like to buy a prepaid Visa or MasterCard through Cake Pay with XMR to pay for a service online that uses Stripe. I've read from another post here that the Visa option has a pretty thorough KYC process, but I'm not sure what that would entail. Has anyone used these before? Here are the USA options (but I can probably choose to purchase for any country?)

- Visa Reward Virtual Account (no website listed)

- Virtual Promotional Prepaid Mastercard (MyPrepaidCenter.com)

- Swype Global Virtual Mastercard (www.swype.cards)

Has anyone used these, and would there be any issues using with Stripe, and does anyone know the KYC requirements? I don't mind putting in an email and/or physical address but I don't want to use a phone, and I use a VPN and would want to also during activation.

Any other recommendations to transfer XMR to a prepaid card would also be appreciated. Thanks!

So I know you can't even start an attack on a capitol when there's still forts intact. But what if I were to destroy all the forts (besides their pocket fort) and 19hrs later start an attack on a shielded Capitol and try to have my attack land just as the shield was expiring? Would the clan building its pocket fort when I land the attack protect the capitol, or does my attack get through?

Edit: I guess I framed the question oddly. I'm not actually attacking anyone but am trying to help a friend who is currently under attack
