Should I contact my endocrinologist?

So I was told a few months ago that I would probably have LADA in the next few years after testing positive for zinc transporter antibody, metformin made my blood sugar go from being in the 200s regularly to never being over 150 but this week I’ve started every day having blood sugar over 220, hypoglycemic drops into the 60s, I’m thirsty even though I’m drinking up to 4 water bottles an hour at some points (only at work I work outside) peeing nonstop, having cramping in my legs, and numbness in my toes. None of this was ever a problem even when my blood sugar was high when I originally went to the doctor. Im worried that I’m in the beginning stages already. I have a visit at the end of next month but should I just call my Dr?

Had an abortion now worried about retained tissue

I’m in a state where abortions are illegal but obtained pills from a friend, I had it on 7/18 and I’ve been barely bleeding, I barely passed clots, and I’ve had extreme cramping on and off. Should I go to the er? Will they be able to tell that I had an abortion?

Test results

So I was told by my endocrinologist that I’ll probably be Lada in a few years based on my zinc transporter being positive (everything else was normal so far) I was at 23 just in march but I went back for my checkup last week with endo and they ran the tests again and it is now at an 11, I don’t get to see my dr again for another 3 months so I’m just wondering if anyone has had this happen before?
