i recently applied for jobseeker, filled everything in, had my phone call appointment and was told i needed a su415 certificate. i got the certificate, submitted it and checked the app again, it now says im on hold and need my MOD JY to be done? the problem is it has been done since may 9, and the verification code is now expired and has not given me a new one.

is this a phone them at 8am tmrw situation or just a normal thing…
