I just did my interview and got selected as alternate what are the chances I get offered a job? I'd assume someone would have to quit or fail something but everyone at the interview was experienced in railroad and construction so I don't see them failing. They said there were seven positions and only seven people interviewed so I don't really know if they made a change or just don't want me.
I just got an email saying I was selected for an interview next week what should I expect for the interview? They say it's an all day ordeal but don't elaborate much upon that any advice would help. Also there are only 5 positions open is there going to be a bunch of people interviewing typically? I'm worried that I'm out classed because I'm only 19 and the only relevant stuff I have is a CDL A and 3 years work experience at a lube shop, I don't know maybe I'm worrying too much.
This is my child we call it the war wagon, there might be many with the same name but this one is mine 🙃. So far I built a hot rod little motor with a high output cam, .060 over bore pistons, a high flow high compression cylinder head and multi port fuel injection paired with a 1991 jeep Cherokee transmission so I get an extra gear with that I also used the np231 transfer case so it will have selectable high low range now. I got some newer seats to replace the worn out ones. I also got a Dana 44 rear end, every bushing has been replaced with polyurethane and a 3 inch lift. I still need to setup a high psi fuel system to run the mpfi and to finish the wiring. Ive got some really cool ideas that are gonna make this thing look sweet!
