I'm trying to sort through the conflicting information about laser hemorrhoidoplasty
I thought laser hemorrhoidoplasty was more like a hemorrhoidectomy but now I'm thinking it's more like rubber banding? I've had rubber banding done several times over the years but the last few times the bands come off almost immediately and nothing is resolved. My doctor keeps wanting me to do a traditional hemorrhoidectomy because I supposedly have several rasperberry sized grade 3 ones he wants to remove. But after reading the horror stories of hemorrhoidectomy I'm wanting to try an alternative method first.
So I guess my questions are: is laser hemorrhoidoplasty more like a traditional hemorrhoidectomy where you're put under anesthesia and all hemorrhoids are removed, or is it more like rubber banding where you're awake and they remove a couple at a time? Also, if online searches is to be believed the complications and pain from laser hemorrhoidoplasty aren't generally as severe as a hemorrhoidectomy?
I did a fresh install of Fedora 44 KDE and the Fedora taskbar icon is missing. I've cycled through the gobal themes but none of them bring it back. It's a small thing, I know, but any idea how to get it back?
reddit.comHas anyone else experienced extreme slowdowns periodically? I'm on the $5.49 plan (now retired) and it's been working for about a year, but lately every week or so it slows down to a crawl taking up to 30 seconds to load a page.
Im been trying to pinpoint the issue but haven't had any luck as of yet. Has anyone else experienced this and if so were you able to fix it?
Specs for this plan: 2 VCPU, 4GB RAM, 40GB storage.
I'm trying to log into my account and am stuck in a loop. It tells me I need to reset my password using Forgot Password. I do that, and then try signing in again. After entering the verification code emailed to me nothing happens. So I try entering the code again and it goes back to the sign in page.
I've cleared browser cache, I've tried using private/incognito mode, and I've tried another browser. No luck. I contacted support and they told me they can't help with sign-in issues unless I use the support ticket option in my console. Not sure how I'm supposed to do that when I can't sign in.
Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue so I can access my console? Thanks.
I was recently relistening to Illusory Walls by The World is a Beautiful Place and I'm No Longer Afraid to Die and it just flowed from song to song beautifully. Add to that the two final tracks are each over 10 min. What are some other bands that aren't inherently progrock but contribute to the genre?
Another one for me is Bent Knee's Twenty Pills Without Water.
