We recently bought a used 2021 Rav4 XLE gas, replacing our old 2001 Rav. I notice that the 2021 seems to be lower than our old 2001, but according to the official specs, it shouldn't be the case.

I measure the ground clearance of our 2021 (the entire undercarriage cover seems to be the lowest), and it only measure about 7.25in (published is 8.4).

Can I get a sanity check with you guys? To those who own a 2021 XLE gas, do these height measurements seem right to you guys?

Undercarriage: 7.25

Front wheel well / rear wheel well: 31.5

Bottom of frame behind front wheel: 10.5

Bottom of frame in front of rear wheel: 12

Bottom of rear bumper by rear wheel: 12

We recently replaced our 2011 Rav4 with a 2021 Rav4 XLE. I just noticed that the corner of the left passenger window rubber seal has a noticable gap. Is this normal, or do I need to worry about it?
