Replacing the screen door latch on my purchased new 2025 Classic 33 because it was sloppily riveted on and worked itself loose. I found a really nice all aluminum latch on Amazon, drilled out the rivets in the old catch and this is what I found.

Unbelievable they take so much pride in building these doors, and then let one of the techs use it as target practice with a drill bit. Not sure yet how I am going to deal with this mess, as the new catch I am installing will not cover it.

Sad.
