Sound these two skeletal wrecks in a local lego bin they look so familiar but I can’t figure out what they’re from

I’m super pumped with how this came out but there was a lot of trial and error I’d like feedback on

The frame was prebuilt off Facebook marketplace and as I nailed the fabric and grassweave with 1/2 inch nails in I kept breaking the wood

What’s a better way to tac these materials down to soft wood without breaking it? Used a bit of hot glue in some areas but it was too messy
