PERIOD, BLEEDING AND CLOTS ?? OUTCOMES ???

Yall. this is my first time getting pregnant. i’ve never even posted on reddit before, but hearing so many stories on here of peoples first trimester problems , or long term pregnancy problems , has calmed me down enough to talk about my current issue.
on September 22nd, I tested negative for pregnancy. Prior to that date, I tested 3 more times during the first 15 days of September. I also have an irregular period, and chronic stress, so missing my period is not uncommon for me. I missed it in July, got it in August, missed it in September. I tested positive for pregnancy October 1. It was the loudest , quickest positive I’ve ever seen in my life. I figured I had probably got pregnant right after the 22nd, sometime after the 20th. (i based it on when i had sex; i mark it down on my Clue app when my partner and I have sex unprotected.)
NOW. On October 1st, I noticed some light pink spotting…. that’s what made me test. on October 3, the blood got heavier and turned bright red. I’ve still not bled through any pads, or would consider my bleeding extremely heavy. However, the blood on October 3 freaked me out enough to send myself to the ER for eight hours. Finally, when I had got seen, I left with the same amount of information I came in with. That I’m pregnant. WOW SHOCKING !!!
They couldn’t tell me AT ALL WHY I WAS BLEEDING. They said it was too early to tell, and the ultrasound showed nothing. They determined that I could be 7 to 8 weeks pregnant based on my last period, but I don’t believe that. If I was 7 to 8 weeks(two fucking months) you’d be able to see SOMETHING on an ultrasound i’m pretty sure. all my friends with kids told me that. idk.
Also, that night they did my blood test, and my hCG levels were too low as well . around 300. This is also why I believe I am no where near 8 weeks. So they told me to follow up in the next 2 to 4 days with my OB/GYN or that same ER to get my hCG levels retested, to see if it rises as a normal pregnancy would. they also told me they would need to do another ultrasound to be able to rule out an ectopic pregnancy. I haven’t been able to get to the ER since then. I work full-time, and I’m going through a heavy financial crisis right now (car got towed by a scam company charging me thousands of dollars) so I just don’t have time to sit in the ER for another eight hours and get no help. Jersey sucks. and My OB/GYN could only offer me October 19 as the soonest appointment. GREAT.
however. As of October 6, the bleeding went down extremely. At that point, I was only spotting and it looked light brown or light pink and mucousy. wasn’t even enough to fill a panty liner as of yesterday(October 7th). I will also mention I’ve had no pain, no nothing. Just typical pregnancy symptoms. SO with that being said, last night I went a little crazy bc i just couldn’t control myself, and we had sex for the first time in about two weeks, because we both just couldnt wait any longer. were used to getting down and dirty almost every night. We just wanted to make sure the bleeding went down. I know I’m dumb for that but sue me wtf.
I woke up this morning with bubble gut REAL BAD. I proceeded to have a bowel movement that was just horrible…. Just pasty, messy, and not usual for me. Almost diarrhea-like, but not quite at that level. but then I noticed I felt something come out of my vagina. I went and looked in the toilet, and it was what looked like a micro tampon. So weird. I also recognized that I was bleeding bright red blood again, a little more than before. I figured it had been because I had sex last night and we fcked up the whole process again. idk.
TMI TRIGGER WARNING: I was curious what this weird thing that came out of me was, so I grabbed something long and I poked at it and took pictures of it. It felt like a tissue, kinda like a cotton ball that was wet.?? actually it looked and felt like a wet tampon in the toilet. It was grayish, pinkish, purpleish? Didn’t resemble a blood clot at all. ChatGPT said it looks like lining / tissue from early pregnancy, and told me that if I experience any pain, dizziness, or severe bleeding that I need to go to the ER again right away and not wait for that appt on the 19th. DUH !
i’ve also heard stories and ChatGPT did tell me, that some people have an extremely sensitive cervix/uterus, and bleed really easily when pregnant or just have more problems in general when pregnant. Mind you, I would like to mention when I went to go have this bowel movement, I immediately started cramping like I was on my period. And this time like a typical period. I’m not cramping anymore, but while I sat on that toilet, I was cramping. It wasn’t severe, but I wouldn’t be able to tell you how severe because my pain tolerance is pretty high. All I know is after I got up and wiped and accepted my disgusting fate during my toilet time, I put another pad on and when about my day. Literally two hours later I’m back at the house, and I feel something come out of me again. I immediately go to the bathroom and now there’s a blood clot on the pad. It’s not big, but, literally felt it come out of me and no other blood with it… just the clot, with a smear mark since i was moving around. (sorry, gross, but i really need advice so i need to be specific with what i saw).
So Like I said I was cramping, but the cramping went away immediately after. I feel perfectly fine now and it’s been a few hours and I haven’t bled. Has all of this happened ALL because I had sex??? is my cervix really that sensitive??? Or is my pregnancy failing or ectopic?? has anyone went thru this and then proceeded to actively carry to full term??? I do not want to go back to the ER, Medicaid does not cover everything in Jersey and I just don’t have the money or time to sit there again for 8 hours and receive no answers. I called my OB/GYN and I’m waiting for a call back to see if I can get an earlier appointment due to this “medical emergency”. It’s been about an hour and no one’s called me back.
My next question is has anyone experienced this, or symptoms like this? Has anyone bled during their pregnancy and the baby turned out fine? Has anyone had an ectopic pregnancy? Could you explain to me exactly what symptoms you had? Or has anyone had a miscarriage and could you explain those symptoms as well? I could list my symptoms so far since being pregnant, but they’re not out of the ordinary at all so I’m scared that I’m just overlooking things…. Like I said, this is my first time, so I’m at a current base level of freaking the fk out , AND not worried enough at all , at the same time. i’m just sitting here. I’m not sure what to do now that I feel fine. Do I just keep monitoring the blood and wait for my appointment, or wait for one of the serious symptoms that ChatGPT and other reddit users told me about?!?? am I even allowed to post the pictures of the blood lol? I don’t know. I just want someone human to see it besides a doctor because that would require me to take a $50 Uber to the emergency room and sit there all night and I’ve got work at 6:30 in the morning and it’s already 6pm so i’m already knowing i’ll be there all night.
ANYWAYS PLEASE HELP!!! GIVE ME ALL THE ADVICE AND INFO YOU CAN!!

it’s confirmed as of october 9th that im having a miscarriage. i’m distraught and now i can’t help but feel im going to keep miscarrying. a weird feeling of doom. i’ve heard way too many stories of people that keep losing their baby after their first pregnancy ended up in a miscarriage. there’s something wrong with me clearly. anyways thanks guys.
