Agua Frescas? What about Chè?

Just an Asian girl from California looking for some cool comfort drinks. Very happy I can find boba whenever I want it these days, but anyone have tips on where to get agua frescas or chè ba mau? Or chè in general?

Egypt tourist romance from the 90s?

Looking for a romance novel my mom had in the 90s—modern-day tourist who falls in love with someone who is a reincarnation of a pharoah/the assumption is she is the reincarnation of his wife. Some details I remember:

Laying down in a sarcophagus saying "I've had my shots."

He buys her a dress on whilst they are on a river cruise.

There'a a kid on the cruise who is getting obnoxious.

At some point she wakes up in MMC's house and the walls are so thick they're soundproof.

There was a... falcon? Hawk? That was semi-implied to be either MMC or his avatar/guardian?

Cover was blue, and I want to say the falcon was on it.

TIA!

Cheesy beef burrito?

Hey guys, I don't usually have hyper-specific food cravings, but I recently had surgery and came out of it really wanting a cheesy beef burrito, where the main flavor notes are beef and cheese..., so not saucy, like Taco Bell or somerhing. Anybody have a good rec in upper Davis or maybe lower Weber county? I might need to make one, but I'd prefer not to have to since I'm still in recovery.

Thanks for indulging me!

Tasty Glitter tea recs?

I know it's gimmicky, but I'm a girl who loves a bit of whimsy now and then. My favorite caramel black glitter tea is almost gone and the company no longer exists. Anyone have a tasty glitter tea they can recommend? Please hold off on the criticism if this isn't you're thing, I'm not here for a debate, just looking for some recs.

So, I'm very impressed with those of you who do full blankets, but I wanted to make something wearable that wasn't a scarf. This notion happened around the time that Drea Renee Knit's Traveler Shawl pattern was released which I bought very impulsively, and then in a moment of insanity I did the math and realized that depending on how you did the cast on, it worked up to 366 lines of knitting. SO my temperature traveler's shawl was born.

I wanted to mostly use what I had, so this is fingering weight, and not the most satisfying colorway, but I'm still enjoying it a lot. Went on hiatus once because I lost my place in the pattern and once because I lost my skein of orange that you see on the needles there. But now I have a better system for keeping track and have all my colors together and may actually finish this thing. :)

Up working on my 2024 temperature neck shawl (had to put it on hiatus for a while while I tried to find this orange currently on the needles). Gives me a nice excuse to go back and look at my daily log where I was tracking temps. Swipe for what that looked like and also for a better pic of the project.

For those unfamiliar, knitters/crocheters often make temperature blankets, assigning colors to temp ranges. I wanted something wearable, so I'm making the Traveler's Shawl by Drea Renee Knits, which has 366 lines of knitting if you count the cast-ons. This is Jan-beginning of June.

Just thought it might be fun for people to see a tracking project I did. If anyone else has something they make with help from their Field Notes I'd love to see!
