When you first started business, did anyone tell you that youre not cut out for it?

Did everyone doubt you, thought you were a joke, were not cut out?

And were they right?

Where are you now today?

keto cut my anxiety in half but having anxiety again?

i am 26F, 5'6 / 120lbs. i have been doing keto for a month and a half along with IF 18:6. i have hypoglycemia but have been controlling it with keto. lately have been getting anxiety again, that feeling like im almost going to have a panic attack but i dont. i cut out caffiene for a month but recently incorporated it back into my diet to consume mct oil. was doing fine with it the first two weeks but got anxiety recently, i only drink decaf as well. my glucose levels have been a little lower than usual too. my daily average last month was in the 90s range now its in the low 80s which isnt too bad but goes into late 60s sometimes once in a while.

also i normally eat my first meal around 12 noon but this morning felt shaky and weak around 10:30 so had to eat earlier. i was doing really well and fine, what could be causing this?

fatigue on keto?

i have been on keto for a month and IF fasting 16:8 for a few weeks.

i especially have fatigue few hours after my first meal at 12 noon. have trouble sleeping at night, only get 6-7 hours of sleep recently. i dont wake up in the middle of the night anymore but this fatigue during the day has been going on for a long time regardless of my sleep, before keto, during keto, whatever it was. i eat more than enough fat, protein and a good amount of fiber.

i also have enough sodium during the day, i put salt in my water and i am not afraid to make it salty. what is causing this? i should be past the keto flu phase

my blood work came back saying i have too much b vitamins and low vitamin d and slightly elevated ALT levels. and 2+ ketones.

i should mention i also have hypoglycemia but tired even with stable in range glucose levels!

what is causing my hypoglycemia?

I have been diagnosed with hypoglycemia from the 13th of April of this year. i am not insulin resistant, in fact my blood work results say my insulin is perfectly healthy. i do have slight elevated liver enzymes. my liver enzymes in april were AST 32 / ALT 20. now it's AST 25 / ALT 37?

my hypoglycemia was doing really well and had stable glucose levels this past month on a keto diet but now getting hypoglycemia again. mostly during the night. will go from 80 to 68 range but will come back up then down again then up? what does that mean?

I have been on a ketogenic diet for a month and i also do IF 16:8

please ask any questions!

150 blood levels an hour after eating? is this normal?

i never spike above 120 after eating, this is a first. i used to eat sweet potato with my meals about 30-40g of it but cut it out only in the mornings and only eat during dinner now. ate 50g of sweet potato (amount! not carbs grams! to clarify) with my dinner today. my dinner was broccoli with hemp seeds, olive oil, pumpkin seeds, vinegar, a sardines can, that 50g of sweet potato, a 1tbsp of peanut butter, and macadamia nuts.

then an hour after my blood glucose shot up from 84-149! and went down to 84 within the 30 minutes. kinda concerned me but i felt fine. does this happen to anyone else? hypoglycemics or not? i hope this isnt a prediabetes sign.

I should also mention i do a ketogenic diet and do 16:8 IF!

keto fixed my hypoglycemia but then got hypoglycemia again even on keto?

I got diagnosed with hypoglycemia on April 13th of this year and since then went slowly on keto keeping carbs under 30g-50g. my meals consisted of avocado, butter, coconut oil, mct oil in coffee, broccoli, spinach, eggs, sardines, steak, chicken, pork, liver, nutritional yeast, pumpkin seeds, peanut butter, fatty nuts, and then like 1/4 of a sweet potato each meal. i did eat 40-50g of quinoa (not carb amount, just quinoa) in the beginning but cut that out. Started out with 3 meals to 2 meals a day/16:8 IF. My first meal is around 12 noon and my dinner is at 6pm. and i'll usually eat peanut butter or fatty nuts after to prevent nighttime lows. also starting to add raspberries into my diet recently, not sure if this has anything to effect it. i'll have around 5-10 raspberries, it shouldnt.

was doing really well with my blood sugars, keto and IF. my daily average read 91-93. but suddenly got a reading on my blood pricking device of 68 at 12 noon today. and 80 last night 3 hours after eating dinner, which i know is not a low but i was feeling low symptoms. i took magnesium and drank salt water and felt calm an hour later, slept through the night. normally my post meal blood sugars are around 95. thats why i am concerned

i am just wondering what is suddenly causing this? i should mention i have also been weightlifting but nothing crazy about 4-5 times a week since being diagnosed. i am 26 yr old female, my weight is 120lbs, height is 5'5. my blood test results says i have elevated liver enzymes but it went up after doing keto. my AST was 32 / ALT 20 on April 13th, now my AST is 82 / ALT 53. Doctors say i dont have insulin issues. i am just not sure if i should keep pushing through because it seemed to be working but now i am not so sure. anyone ever had a similar experience or go through the same thing ? What did you do?

My latest blood work says i do not have hypoglycemia anymore and this test was taken on the 11th this month of May. So my endocrinologist took me off my dexcom prescription. so i can't see my consistant blood sugars.
