Hey, new grad here. I’ve done some looking around and I see a lot of base pay above $40. I’m looking into a smaller clinic job that offers ~$37.68 and I’ll be interviewing with them soon. I was curious if anyone worked in smaller clinic setting had a higher pay or about the same

I took my NCLEX today and got jumpscared when my NCLEX shut off at 117😭😭 i feel like for me it was really content heavy and idk ive been feeling so extremely anxious about it every since … i had about 6 case studies, one bow tie, and quite a few SATAs. I’m just feeling so defeated and idk how to get my mind off of it :((

I recently applied for the July inpatient cohort that just closed. I attended the info session but can’t recall the timeline post application. If anyone attended the information session do you remember when they said they would start reaching out for interviews ? Or has anyone received the Hirevue step yet? Thanks!
