He is in large cage 76x46x46 cm and has like 2 little swings and a shredding ball. We are gradually acclimating him, as his cage is outside and at night he sleeps covered up in a closed place with a less cold temperature.

My observations:

- Whenever we approach to him he starts flying from perch to perch and playing with his shredding ball (also It runs back and forth on the perch while looking out, is that weird?). If you leave him alone or stay a bit far from him he goes to his food feeder and starts eating. He's beeing like this since he woke up.

- I didn't see him drinking since we brought him to the cage and I'm a bit worried about that. He has his water right next to the food feeder.

- He didn't sing much but also this canary is not like a singing one, is a 'Type Canary' or 'Posture Canary'. So the bird shop guy said he won't sing as much as the other common canaries.

- I played him a video of a canary singing and he went nuts, he started being a bit more playful I think and was looking for the other bird. He didn't sing back. But I felt a bit sad when I stopped playing the video.

Second day with my first ever canary and I have some doubts
