I was scheduling a daily charge at midnight for my new model Y Juniper, and was unsure if I should be preconditioning the battery with my Tesla wall charger or is that only for supercharger? I did read the manual and interpreted it as that I should set it for Home because why else would you set a schedule for that? I will only be going to superchargers when I’m on a trip.

Just brought our Marine Blue Juniper Y home and hooked up our Tesla Wall Charger. I just want to make sure we want to charge to 80% on a daily basis unless going on a road trip. Is this correct? We traded in our 2019 model 3 SR+ and this car has a lot more miles available.
