When & where to buy textbooks?

I have 2 required textbooks for Anatomy biology 1410, and chemistry 1018 (the g12 course but considered for uni credits). Do I buy them now? Or wait to see if I actually need them? And where can I buy it for a discounted price? Or if I buy it at UofM will I be able to use my student aid/bursaries/grants/loans to pay for them? Thank you!

Tuition fee paying questions

Is it possible for me to pay using the bursaries & grants MB student aid is about to give me and pay the rest with what I saved up after? Preferably not using the loans because I don’t think I need it? And I have already handed in the documents for MB student aid and they’re asking me to make a MSCA account, but after I set that up would my application process be set up before Oct 1? If not would I have a late fee? (For some reason its not letting me makea MSCA account but Im gna call and get that fixed later)

I am a new U1 nursing student and my tuition was around $6.2k, I have $2k saved up of my own money, my parents have $2.5k in my RESP account, and I applied for MB student aid that gave me estimated bursaries, grants, and an allotted loan amount I could borrow.

Chem 1018 (the central science/40s credit) or Biol 1010 (diversity interactions)

For context I’m going into nursing and I am already registered for Chem 1018 with Angela Kuchison but I’m just double checking. I took chemistry grade 12 so I assumed that it will be easier (my final grade was an 83) but is there any chance that Biol 1010 would be easier? I took online biology grade 12 and I plan on taking biol 1000 during the fall next year, but I can always switch things around so I’m just curious with people’s experiences. Thank you!!

Student Aid Resources

I am an upcoming freshman, and I was wondering if there were any other student aid resources I could try to apply for? I have already applied to Manitoba Student Aid and the entrance bursary UofM offers, not sure if there are any others out there. Thank you!!

how long does it take to get between classes?

im making my schedule right now and the only time that works for me is a 10 minute break between psyc 1200 and chem 1018. Will this work or do i need to move things around?

in person or blended psyc 1200?

im trying to make my schedule right now but there's so much time conflict. im asking this because ive seen alot of ppl say that online is easier than in person but in my experience with online high school courses (like biology and family studies 40s) it was way harder than in person because of my attention span and it was more information than what you would get in an in person class and it just didnt stick with me after the course was over

Arts 1160, how is it?

Trying to look for easy humanities/social science courses! I saw on another post that this was easy, but I'm looking for other people's experiences too since this isn't a super famous course (torn between choosing that, soc 1000 or phil 1290). Ty!!!
