Can someone help me please? I use the pro membership and before when I used GLM 4.6/5 my context usage was pretty high for my smut/deep narrative RP (like pretty lengthy chats with 35 post barely reaching 30%), but now even at the same amount of post I'm at 91%.

Did something change or am I doing something wrong? I even lowered significantly lowered token amount for my system prompts from what I had it at before when things were fine
