I have sanded 60 grit a ton. Oxalic acid x4. Washed it off with these pics. Solid Oak table. The 2 stripes won’t go.

I screwed up and let this table warp. What would be a good way to get this back to level. I’m thinking a lot of moisture and clamping gradually. I’m gonna refinish and soak in teak conditioner. I am ashamed.
