I moved out from my daughter's father into my own place due to years of mistreatment. Before I moved out, there's was an agreement about him giving me a certain amount each month. One he realized I was serious about moving he backed out of this deal.
My daughter's father gets her Sundays and Mondays. He buys her diapers and wipes, and recently a new high chair.
Only stuff she "needs"
The rest of the stuff he keeps at his house for when he has her.
I needed a bit of assistance as I'm having a hard time finding a job so l applied for cash aid & got approved.
Recently he has gotten the papers and got super upset.
Claiming he's going to deny/appeal it with all of the proof of the stuff he buys her and when he gets her. As well as filing for 50/50. And also cutting back on the overtime he has been doing so it doesn't seem like he makes as much. He makes over 85000 a year.
How will this work?
Another question I want to add.
I've been told that fathers shouldn't be on child support if he's still an active father and he shouldn't have to "pay for my bills" is this true?

Anybody complete any certifications for tech? I’m trying to decide which one and if I should just do the certification or just get the degree.

Hi everyone. I’ve been looking for a job for the past two months. I’m starting to get anxious, as I’m running out of time. Anyone know who is hiring?

I have experience with caregiving, instructional aide, and even some warehouse.

How is my situation looking?
Last month I moved out from my bd due to personal relationship issues with us. (Cheating, verbal abuse). Before I moved out he used to give me 750 on the 7th and the 21st of every month.
I was told when I moved out he would continue to give me atleast 800 a month. It’s been a month and he hasn’t and refused to. He doesn’t want me to use it for my apartment that my daughter and I are in because he doesn’t want me to succeed in it.
He makes over 100,000 a year.
He has told me he will only buy what she needs and not wants. (I asked for a climbing set for her)
So far he has only bought my daughter diapers and wipes. I sent him a baby climbing set to buy her and he bought it for his house only…
He (sometimes) keeps her from Saturday night 12am when he gets off to Monday morning.
I say sometimes because he does overtime and sometimes gives her back Sunday.

I’m also a little scared to file for child support because I know that he will then file for 50/50 custody, as he said he would before. I’m scared of how that will go because I’m currently not working. I’m looking for a job but it’s difficult because I cannot afford child care and he refuses to pay for it because he doesn’t want anyone else watching her.
Please help. I really need some guidance, ive never been in this situation before.

He is the type to hire a fancy lawyer to fight it. I can’t afford one.

What is the best way to find a family that needs a babysitter? I’ve tried Facebook and care.com but am having no luck :(
