Is this fake or authentic?

Been searching for this Coach Cargo Tote in denim for some time and found this on Vinted. I already bought it and bought an authentication service for it but I’m too impatient to wait for 10 days for it to be authenticated.
Does this bag look authentic or is it fake?

Does my piercing look infected?

Hi!

I got the other side of my nose pierced in February. Got an irritation bump about 3 weeks later because I got sick. This bump has been on and off a couple of times. I rinse this piercing two times a day, sometimes I use saline. Once went to a piercer and they recommended EasyPiercing Antibacterial solution for the bump. I have been using this solution for a week.
I was sick a week ago and now my nose is swollen on the other side and a little bit reddish. Does this look infected or just irritated? Now I am in a situation that I can not see a piercer. Added a pic of the other side of my nose for comparison.
