QBO screwed up automatic payroll taxes on day 1

I had a feeling this would be a nightmare. I got this email last night: "Payroll tax withdrawal receipt" for $168 for Federal Unemployment (940) tax period ending 12/31/2026. This was not due until next year.

Is this birdcage antique or a reproduction? (USA)

I bought this large birdcage last weekend for $90. It is very heavy (appears to be wrought iron) and is about 32 inches tall by 16 inches wide. The bottom tray is definitely showing age and seems fragile. I’ve searched online but haven’t found a visual match. Any idea how old it is?
