I am sitting at negative 20k money 4 times my mission control cap and I can not get a hab to revolt to save my life or a ship to either for the achievements. I dont know just a short vent.
The tech is so frustrating, I controlled every country unified into megastates aside from Republic of the Cross and researched it to the extent it was over 3 million per tech and I did not get one capital claim. When you research this tech, I think every third time you should be able ro select where the claim lands. This time its expensive but it is not completely rng dependent. The only ships that seem to do any amount of damage to my own are the alien cruisers that have two plasma batteries. Two of them, from the front, will legitimately destroy one of my laser titans that have 180 front 20 side and 15 rear adamantine armor. I do not remember alien plasma doing anything to me pre 1.0. I was just wondering if it was changed.
