Customer Support??

Customer Support??

I bought a Groupon on Sunday and have been trying to use it now for the past couple of days to no avail. When I click on the voucher it just cycles loading over and over again without ever actually showing me the voucher available to use. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well. I really need this oil change, so now I'm trying to get into Customer Service to see what's going on with the voucher and they make you select a voucher you want to talk about, but when I click the voucher that says "Ready to Redeem" in their selection options it just takes me to this blank page that says no voucher available use the chat for help, and there's seemingly no way to get to said chat without starting the cycle again. I'm at a bit of a loss on how to proceed.

Are head unit dash cam features helpful, or best kept separate?

I've just been getting into head units and would definitely describe myself as a novice... Right now I'm split on integrating dash cam features into a head unit?

Having the front/rear recording and live rear view, accident clips and parking monitoring all tied into one screen seems like it would be really convenient with less separate devices on the windshield. But also just having the dedicated dash cams set up built for its job seems like it may be more trustworthy if I'm really worried about having that footage when I need it. I'm just a bit worried about the viability of heat storage, parking mode battery drain, and whether clips are actually locking and saving properly.

Has anyone used a head unit as part of their dashcam setup long term? Was it a good idea, or do you think it was better to just keep them separate?

How to tell when wood floor is beyond restoration?

We recently closed on a 1900 home with wood floors covered in thick brown paint throughout most of the house. Our dream is to take off the paint and refinish the hardwood properly... But how can you tell when the gaps/unevenness are just beyond saving? We want to consider all of our options before we get a lot of furniture into the house and make our job harder, but as young first time home buyers it's unlikely a solution for us entails hiring a contractor to come out and get to work immediately though I may have some look later this week.
