Average lean muscle gains in a year with steroids

Obviously highly dependant on genetics, quality and quantity of steroids, diet & nutrition, sleep, training, etc

I've always been in the 5-8lbs/year camp. People overestimate how much lean muscle tissue they add from the weight they gain. Most is water, increased intracellular glycogen retention from higher carbs, sodium and weight training. Also fat gains.

Got into this discussion on a post talking about NBA star Giannis, showing his rookie year build vs later on when he bulked up as one of the greatest transformations in the NBA. I personally believe it's Dwight Howard but besides the point.

This dude thinks 3lbs of muscle/month for an average person is attainable. Da fuck? Is he a homer or am I crazy and newer roids/peptides have made this attainable? For the average person btw, not freaks like Giannis at 6'11"

Dobes will be better. He beat out Vasilevsky. I'm confident he will bounce back. They need to make a few adjustments and they'll take next game. Buffalo don't play boa constrictor hockey that is tampa and florida. They'll get lots of shots and chances that they NEED to cash in on. I don't care how big buffalo is. They're also pretty fast and skilled. I just believe in Suzuki to lead us past them. Caufield will come along. I just feel it in my bones we will take this series. More experience. More heart. Let's go baby
