Hello, title says it all. I'm a previous permanent teacher with a board, resigned for an opportunity at the ministry (a few years ago) and looking to go back to teaching, I am wondering which GTA board has the best benefits for LTOs. Specifically how many days does one need to complete (is it the same for each/board local?) before benefits kick in. Also, does anyone have any experience with medications that require prior-authorization, and how that works with LTOs (especially in the days before the benefits kick in).

I recently went to Hilary Duff concert at RBC Amp with my wife and daughter. There was no Men's only washroom. Is this legal? Men's dongs are out at the urinals while little girls walk by in and out. Women wearing hijab's walking by guys zipping up their pants while washing their hands. I thought this was insane - is this customary? I know they don't do this (in reverse.. men's only and all gender) when the audience is primarily male.
