Wear ear plugs

Been in civil construction for 12 years now, was pretty dumb as a laborer, because I was a laborer so of course I was (demo saw, jackhammer, air compressors oh my). Anyways, 32 now have tinnitus in both ears, one ear worse off than the other, now I'm wearing ear plugs even when I'm running the excavator, is it helping now? Unlikely, makes me feel like it might tho..

Don't he a fool, wrap your tool.. or whatever

2017 2500 oil pressure

Does this oil pressure look normal? It usually lingers just shy of 40psi, It does go up when you're giving the old girl the gas, but usually not much above 40psi, may get around 50 if really hammering down.

Im not mechanically inclined at all lol, I know 6.0s are fairly reliable, and the motor has about 4400hrs

What else can I try?

So I dont tend to eat "the best" but definitely not the worst either, with that said I do drink a coffee everyday and it gives me the worst heartburn, is there anything with caffeine in it that I can drink in the morning without getting an upset stomach..

Im on prilosec and have trying to get off of it, but coffee is hard for me to give up lol

Good evening folks (or morning, afternoon), My town is hiring for a Full time officer, I have a decent in, only because ive taken the tests before and I had a good shot but my daughter was due in the coming months so I didnt want to risk leaving my wife for extended period of time, not because I know someone.

Anyways, ive been in construction for 10 years now, but I've had that itch to really try something new, with decent benefits, and to work more local BUT its been harder to leave construction than I thought due to how comfortable it is to me..

Im sure there's a few in here who went from construction to law enforcement, is it worth it? Do you like it? What's some real differences personality wise between coworkers?
