[need help] speakers buzzing

i made my own guitar cabinet (2 celestion v30s) and was finally able to test it out today with my new 80s sunn concert lead. it was perfectly fine for the first 30 minutes of playing, like the noise floor was insanely low. after testing the volume out a bit more (volume on 3 instead of 2) i noticed this buzzing that wasn’t there before. it happens all the time, even when the amp is at 0 or the guitar isn’t plugged in. i’ve made sure that the power chord isn’t close to / touching the speaker cable. i also think it’s important to note that at one point, i put the cable inside the amp to save room. would the cable being that close to the magnets in the speaker cause this issue? i’m fairly certain it’s either a speaker issue or a cable issue, but i wanna know what y’all think.

Beta Lead vs Beta Mini

I got in touch with someone at Sunn about the progress on my Beta Mini shipment (June preorder) and they said it was about a month out (which is also what they said in June). I’ve been debating just switching my order to a Beta Lead considering all the complaints I’ve seen about it, but the people at Sunn also said that orders for the Beta Lead would ALSO be backed up for about a month. What do y’all suggest I do? I’d be willing to fork over another 350$ if it’s any sort of improvement, or should I ask for a refund altogether?
