Anyone else seeing issues with their card readers? They work for tap and insert, but the swipe function is just not being recognized by Toast. Swipe test passes in the Card Reader Support utility.

Seeing this pop up at multiple locations, so I'm finding it difficult to believe all of our card readers are failing at once.

Anyone use Toast Invoicing successfully? Every time we try to use it, clients are unable to pay with a credit card due to the following error -

The only solution to this is to contact support, who will then escalate it to their fraud department, which takes hours, all the while we have the customer waiting. Has anyone else had this experience?
