Hi all, I've so far upgraded 7 of my intel mac collection without any major problems (1x 2012 15" MBP, 1x 2014 mini, 3x 2015 15" MBP, 1x 2015 13" MBP, and 1x 2017 15" MBP)

Got a 2016 15" MBP (13,3) which is being a bit more of a pain. After patches it won't boot properly, getting stuck ~1/3 of the way through decryption (after the password).

I've reverted to the last snapshot (https://dortania.github.io/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/TROUBLESHOOT-MISC.html#stuck-on-boot-after-root-patching), but every time I apply the root patches and reboot it gets stuck again. And repeat.

Should I try copying the KDKs from a different machine or can they be downloaded again? Obviously I have no network connection but I do have other Macs available

This was a local sub for local people. Like the town it is seemingly being taken over by students.
