weird bump that hasn't gone away in months

I've had this small bump located kind of inner butt cheek (?) close ish to vulva for a few months tbh. I don't think it's grown or changed any in size or color? at first I thought it was an ingrown hair because I'd gone about 2 months without shaving and then after I did is when I wanna say this showed up? kinda?? I don't think it's an ingrown, it does not hurt or itch or cause any discomfort other than to my own eyes. lol. it's not hard either, it's not a pimple, I've even put pimple patches on it just to see if it would do anything but nothing happened. it's not totally flush either. I have never had moles or anything of the sort down here either!! I do not know what this is.

any tips on getting better stencils?

any idea why my stencils come out soooo dull? I won't lie I have a kinda difficult time getting the carbon to transfer to the paper when I'm tracing. I have to go over it multiple times super hard and sometimes it seems like it still doesn't transfer much?

for the fake skin, I'm using Reel Skin, I washed it off beforehand in case of any starch or something (idk if that's the right word), and I'm using speed stick as a stencil solution lol. am I applying too much speed stick? is it an issue with the stencil paper? any tips appreciated!!!

Extremely painful sciatica for 5 days straight

hello everybody, I am begging for some kind of answer here.
Tuesday my mom had a bad spasm in her lower back that turned into her sciatic nerve bothering her really really badly.

(She was not doing anything but standing still when this happened if that helps any. She was standing and reached for her wallet on the table when the spasm happened and it very quickly turned to sciatica pain.)

she's had sciatic nerve pain before but never anything this bad. She can't sit, she can't lay down, and she hasn't slept since Monday night. Nothing's helped, ibuprofen, muscle relaxer, nothing touches it.

she had a chiropractor appointment yesterday and from her x-rays, said her pelvis is tilted to the side and inwards, and her lower spine also twisted. This he said looked to be from an injury, which makes sense, in 2016 we were all in an extremely bad car accident. We guess that's what messed her back up and she's been compensating for years now for it without knowing.

After the appointment she says she feels worse. The only thing that's given her some relief is an inversion table. I hate not being able to do anything for her. She's clearly exhausted and can't sleep because she cannot lay down from the pain it's causing. It's in one leg she says, and that it feels like a rubber band being stretched out so far it could snap at any moment.

Please if you know of anything she can do for some relief or to make it better. If you have any questions please ask and I'll answer as best I can.
