Meticulous workflow

Hello ! Coming from a Silvia, I'm wondering what your workflow is with the Met ? Regarding cleaning the portafilter, warming the cups, back to back shots ?

On the Silvia, I was used to clean my portafilter after each shot by simply using the Silvia :

- pour shot

- empty the portafilter in the knock box

- pour water on the portafilter using the Silvia, letting the water go down in the drip tray

- put the portafilter back on the machine

On the Met, i purge in a bowl after each shot, and knock the puck after, leaving me with a dirty portafilter and no water. I have to go to the kitchen to rince it.

I know, the Met is in its own category, but I was wondering if you guys figured out some tips to manage this more easily ?
