Seems pretty decent
Not quite the $2299 9800X3D/5080 from last week, but best I’ve seen in a few days. It’ll be interesting to see if tomorrow’s deals exceed this.

Haven't seen much about this today. It was this price back in July and folks seemed relatively positive. 16GB of RAM and CPU could be better, PSU might be a problem? But 5070 Ti is tempting.
What am I missing?
I had a thyroid ultrasound this morning at a hospital outpatient imaging center and was surprised by how quickly it was over. Other imaging incidentally found a 1.5 cm thyroid nodule, so this ultrasound was ordered to evaluate it.
From the time the probe touched my neck until she was finished was probably only 2–3 minutes. I was maybe in the room for 5 minutes total.
The tech had me lie down, lift my chin and turn my head slightly. She seemed to take a few images/measurements on each side, but there wasn’t much sweeping that I could tell, and the whole thing was extremely brief. She didn’t explain what she was seeing and just said afterward that my primary should have the results within a day.
I may be reading too much into it, but is that a normal amount of time for a thyroid ultrasound, especially when there’s already a known nodule? My previous ultrasounds (on other parts) have generally taken 10+ minutes and involved a lot more scanning.
Can an experienced tech complete a proper thyroid/nodule study that quickly, or would you be concerned about whether the exam was complete?
