Just received my new and first bracelet from GoodArt. The iconic Model 10 A Bracelet. Size is 14 links which fit perfect on my 16cm wrist. The craftsmanship is really good, balances well on the wrist. Im a fan!!
Its been about 10 years since I last bought a Panerai but since then I've been avoiding the brand due to the direction it was headed in. However this year they released the new vintage style case which was only available in 47mm variants in 44mm variants and I was intrigued. Having gone to the boutique to check the new releases, this destro pam really caught my attention. The new case, the gold hands, the inky blue textured dial, what a stunner.
*Im right handed but I still got the destro to wear on the left wrist. For me, it wears better this way as the crown protector doesnt dig into the back of my hand and its super comfortable.
So it begins again, my Panerai journey!

And then went to check out the new Eris figure that is coming out next March, I believe preorders are starting soon. compared to the other that was released a few weeks back I feel this one is of better quality and also I prefer the facial expression and overall quality. however I prefer the scene of the other one haha decisions….

Hi everyone, looking for any possible advice regarding sizing. I measured my wrist with a tape measure its around 15.5cm, not super tightly but fairly snug. Looking at the chart on the official website for Goodart, that puts me in the cusp of 13 links and maybe 14 links...Would it be wiser to go for the 14 links? Thank you
Just returned from AmiAmi Radio Kaikan in Akihabara to check out the new Eris figure that is currently open to reservations for release in April. What do you guys think? Personally I really like it, mainly because of the scene that it represents, probably one of my top scenes in the LN and soon to be on anime. I would have preferred a different expression however, more like the LN one but not complaining.
They even had a huge billboard up at the intersection as well.
Just a quick intro, new to this sub-reddit, usually a mechanical watch guy, but I recently had an opportunity to snag the new MIP Metal Gshock and Im honestly so impressed.
I cant pin point exactly what makes this one a winner but something about the MIP panel just elevates the watch dial to a new level. I also feel that the case and bracelet finishing has improved somewhat and overall the watch feels excellent on the wrist.
I love how I can display 2 other cities at the same time as well, quite handy as I travel between Tokyo and London alot.
Im currently in Tokyo and alot of places do not have the GMW-BZ5000D-1JF in stock which I thought was quite shocking. I was lucky on a random stroll I found one at 20% off and a 20% rebate coupon got the watch for like $380 which was an insane find.
So some of you may remember me from the post about the preview for episodes 1 & 2, but this time I was fortune enough to get tickets for 3 & 4 as well. For this preview, I had the pleasure of seeing and hearing the following voice actors: Yumi Uchiyama (Rudeus Greyrat), Tomokazu Sugita (Rudeus Greyrat, previous incarnation), Ai Kayano (Sylphiette Greyrat), and Konomi Kohara (Roxy Migurdia Greyrat).
I was particularly blown away by Roxy. Its such a surreal feeling hearing Roxy live and moving about like that, her voice is so distinct, my mind was blown. And then to also see the 2 Rudeus personalities, very interesting too haha. The entire talk show was very enjoyable lasting around 40 minutes, it should be up on youtube soon so for those who understand Japanese, worth a watch.
Episodes 3 & 4. Wow what can I say. I was not dissapointed, in fact I left the theatre buzzing. I will not say much since it will screen tomorrow but I doubt anyone would feel any less than pure satisfaction. The pacing, the story telling, really really good.
I cant wait to re-watch it again lol

Went to Akihabara today to check out the Eris panels at the station. Even though I’ve watched episodes 1&2 already at the preview, I can’t wait to watch it again!!
After having experienced the live pre-screening with attendance by the voice actress of Eris, I had to go to the next one and managed to get tickets again! Cant wait!
Hi everyone, trying to decide my first panerai and currently debating between the newly released 1732 or the boutique exclusive 1655.
Im drawn to the 1732 with the blue dial and new case shape. Im not usually a blue dial guy but this one just has a captivating look. The new case architecture also evokes alot of the vintage panerais and overall its excellent. The issue I have are minor but 1) lack of seconds hand, hard to tell if the watch is working, and the 3 day movement (preferred the 8 day).
This is where the 1655 comes in. Seems to solve the 2 minor gripes but then its using the more tried and tested bettarini case shape and standard dial and hands. Also slightly cheaper too despite having the "superior" movement.
PS Im right handed but just want to wear the destro on the left hand anyway.
Wow, its the first time for me attending one of these "live" events where I can see and hear the voice actors (actresses) and it was an amazing experience. This was at the Toho Cinemas in Roppongi and I was half expecting it to be some video recording but to my surprise it was a live event LOL. To hear Eris (Ai Kakuma) live literally gave me goosebumps. Particularly when she put on the Eris voice to break the red circle live, wow, took my breath away.
As far as the actual episodes, episodes 1 and 2 is IMMENSE guys, everyone is in for a treat!!! Cant wait to see the rest, it seems Mushoku is back its best of Season 1.
Furthermore, it seems a similar type of event for Episodes 3 and 4 is planned as well with Rudeus (Yumi Uchiyama) making an appearance as well as others. As with usual, alot of these events are a lottery based system so keep an eye on the website to apply if anyone is in Tokyo!

So, just for full disclosure I'm abit OCD with stuff. So I always wondered why the jerseys i bought from the Armoury/Arsenal website always lacked the "No room For racism" patch, and the other patches like the Emirates FA cup, Carabao cup patches also not being available. Turns out its a form of licencing issue and Arsenal are not able to sell it? Anyway, if you want your authentic jersey to be 100% authentic like the players, go to the Adidas store on Oxford Street and they will sort you out. Got 4 done for me today. The guys are super helpful.
Just returned from the Patek Philippe Bond Street Salon hosted Calatrava Exhibition. Wow, it really exceeded my expectations with alot of rare pieces on display. It was full on guided as well with explanations by the staff. At the end you can try on all the calatrava lines as well to your hearts content which was cool too. If anyone is in London, I highly suggest you to call the boutique and see if you can get a spot!
