PSA encapsulated my entire order with wrinkled plastic inside every slab. Has anyone else seen this?

I just got the grades for one of my PSA submissions and went to look at the certification scans. Every single card in the order has what looks like a wrinkled plastic film inside the holder.

This isn’t just one bad slab. It’s the entire order.
I’ve never seen anything like this before, and it really hurts the presentation of the cards.

After looking into it, I found that I’m not the only person this has happened to. I came across another Reddit post showing the same issue, which makes me worry this isn’t just an isolated mistake and may be slipping through QA before orders are shipped.

I already opened a support ticket, but it says responses can take 5 to 10 business days. I also tried calling customer support today, but after sitting on hold for about 30 minutes, the call disconnected and sent me straight to the survey.

My biggest concern is that the cards are still at PSA, but they’ll probably ship before anyone sees my support request.

I’m hoping someone from u/PSAcard sees this because I’d really like to have the entire order reholdered before it ships. I’m not asking for anything special. I just want the cards encapsulated to PSA’s normal standard.

Has anyone else experienced this recently? If so, I’d be interested to know whether PSA was able to resolve it.
