While building my shard I made a tool to speed up content creation, and I'm releasing it free for the community. **UO Studio** is a Windows desktop app for ServUO server admins. I've been building a free Ultima Online shard (ServUO) and just opened it up. The thing I'm most proud of: **NPCs run on a local AI model** (Bielik 11B on a dedicated GPU), so you can talk to townsfolk, merchants and wanderers in natural language — in **English or Polish** — and they answer in-character. Call an NPC by name and it'll hold a short conversation; merchants even know their real stock.
