wanted to give people a heads up that this shop, shopsoothi, is selling some AI stuff at Yoseka Stationery fest. originally their caption made no mention of using AI. after i commented and pointed it out and included my opinion that using generative tech that steals from real artists is against the spirit of the stationery hobby, they turned comments off and changed their caption to thank a friend for helping them "explore how to incorporate AI to off load some of the work"
"off loading some of the work" is so crazy to me when actually ALL of the work is offloaded when using generative AI, and so disrespectful to the uncredited artists who these AI models steal from.
