What's the wildest packed lunch a student has brought in?

I had a 5 year old student bring a lunchbox with a full jar of icing and a muffin. She had other things in there - chips, Capri sun, cosmic brownie. Suffice it to say we had to remind her mom about our lunch policy of packing all of the food groups for a well rounded meal.

Edit- this child did not have ARFID, this child was not struggling financially. She just liked icing.
Also, this is just a funny story to invite other funny stories. In no way, do I want to make fun of parents and families that we serve.

List of concerns about my 9 month old

I feel like I have a ton of concerns about my 9 month old baby. We literally have a pediatrician appointment tomorrow, and I'm also aware that some of these worries might just stem from my own anxiety. I'm just worried that some of these things are connected and I'm not seeing the bigger picture (as in there's a developmental concern for my baby).

  1. She has super tiny feet. She's in the 99th percentile for height and weight but her feet are the size of a 3 month old.
  2. She will not bare weight on her feet and legs with support.
  3. To move in and out of sitting/crawling she does a full split.
  4. Her femurs are also on the shorter end. This was something mentioned in ultrasounds too.

Like... Could these things indicate a bigger problem? Or am I just overreacting?

Sevierville Buc-ee's is a hellscape

That's all I have to say.

Edited to say: Damn, didn't realize how controversial liking or disliking Buc-ee's was.
