Advice for morning flare ups

My usual weekly morning routine is:

Wake up: 5:45

Go to the toilet 2-3 times between waking up and leaving for work.

Leave for work: 7:00

This routine works for me although not ideal.

However, I have an early morning flight in a few weeks time 6:00 departure. I am also driving my family to the airport which will take 30-40 minutes meaning we will probably leave the house 3:00 in the morning.

I am worried that my guts will start to play up on the morning during the drive to the airport or when I’m on the flight during the take off.

Is it worth taking Imodium to block myself up for the day to avoid this or does anyone have other advice?

Thanks in advance.

Changing company after completing degree apprenticeship

Good evening all,

Has anyone had issues changing companies following the completion of their degree apprenticeship?

I am working for a consultancy and the more I gain experience in the role the more I think I would prefer to work for a contractor or subcontractor.

In my contract i have signed up to with my current firm, I am required to stay for 2 years after the completion of my degree. I will be responsible for the fees if I leave prior to this.

Is this enforceable?

Thanks in advance.
