I got emails from cloudways this morning that a bunch of sites on my server has malware. As i check them myself (securi scans/codex scans/giving codex the backup files and sql/wordfence scans/etc) and found nothing.

only been with cloudways for a few months. i know false positives can happen but just wondering if this has happened before? especially asking cause a post within last 24 hrs is someone else talking about the site becoming infected with malware.

All the sites are up to date on plugs/WP version. PHP is fully updated.

As the yearly for some of our tools are coming up i am taking a look at the tools we use and want to see what others use or if you have alternatives that are just as good as the ones we use.

Right now we have:

• Screaming Frog - i feel this is still one of the best value ones out their
• SEM Rush - we are currently on Guru plan. trying to figure out if it is worth to go to ONe Plus plan or stay on the guru or replace it entirely. Most of our keyword research is done with SEM Rush.
• Local Dominator - i love the team behind this tool but i also feel we are not using it to its full potential. right now we track about 10-15 keywords per client, run the report monthly and keep an eye on what is changing. I feel we have a huge gap here we are missing but not really sure what it is right now. how do others use it.

Anyone have suggestions? We are primary just local businesses in the area.

i have a standalone box that was a gaming rig i built in 2020. over the last year i put a nvidia tesla p40 with 24gb of vram in it and i get ok speed but would like faster.

the box has 64gb of ram

what would make sense to upgrade to? looking to stay around 1000

i try to follow what makes sense but so many moving parts figure i’ll ask the experts.

3090? new intel one? 5x00 series? ati card?

the p40 was a pain to get going

it is a windows box as i run other business stuff on it(running server 2022)

i also have an old dell r720 laying around running containers with 256gb of ram that has proxmox on it so could do something with that.
