Is Clavicular really coming to Syracuse?
So I heard that the welcome week events are a scam and with that being said, is clavicular really coming to cuse? I wouldn’t want my money to be wasted.

A little Les Mis throwback if you will
So Lin Manuel Miranda just changed his pfp to Jack Wolfe in N2N and he reposted this. Could this mean something or am I just delusional for N2N to finally come back to Broadway?
So Moulin Rouge just posted this video to their Instagram.. could the og cast possibly be coming back to close the show? 👀
I’m an incoming Newhouse freshman and I have received no emails about having to take the math placement exam. I took the language exam because it was emailed to me and said it was required. However, I’m confused because the website says I have to take it despite receiving no info of it.
I recently saw Chess and it really made me miss what Broadway used to be. Musicals like Les Mis and Phantom were these huge sweeping epics with massive ensembles, complex storylines, and scores that felt ambitious. Even shows like Sweeney Todd or Into the Woods had music that felt intricate, theatrical, and intelligent. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good Heathers or Dear Evan Hansen any day but I really miss when historical, emotionally grand musicals dominated Broadway. A lot of newer shows feel like they rely on repetitive pop-style scores and simpler storylines, and I miss that feeling of watching something truly larger than life. I keep wondering if there’ll ever be another renaissance of epic musical theatre, the kind with huge orchestrations, complicated characters, and scores written by people on the level of Stephen Sondheim or ALW. I just want someone wildly talented to come along and bring that era back!! Seriously, who’s it going to be lol.
