I think my wrist might be infected?

I relapsed on Thursday on top of my vein ,it isnt big its quit short and it is open still it is quite red and I get spotting pain in it and it feels heavy?? I put a photo in Gemini and it said it is infected and i should go to the doctors but my mam said its fine and acts like it isn't bad?? I dont think im that unlucky to have a bad infection. I keep having an urge to cut over it again also, idk who to trust,

Im 3 days clean and im not proud of it

On Friday my mam saw my wrist that I cut on Thursday and she made me give her the blade so im basically being forced to stay clean and I cant get another blade out of the sharpener until Wednesday and im having strong urges but idk if u should be proud of myself for being clean

I relapsed in school. I dont have anything to clean or cover it up.

Its only one small cut but it is bleeding a decent amount it is where my veins is on my wrist and I cant get blood on my uniform shirt so I have my jumper on it but im scared it will get infected by my jumper with the kinda bits on it

What do you guys do when you don't have any plasters?

I just put a tissue and lots of stickers to keep it in place is this a good or bad thing to be doing
