ok so i want to learn how to scream to let my 158 cm female anger out in a safe way. particularly skramz/post-hardcore style (see example links bellow). i was researching this and im kind of confused: some people say that you can't do "your natural screaming" and you need to learn to scream in a way that doesn't hurt your throat OR thats theres no technique and you just scream. pleasee please i really want to scream
